K. Nicole Mills is the Manager of Production, Talent, & Partnerships for the Global Talent Development & Inclusion (GTDI) team where she is responsible for developing and implementing programs in the production and below the line space to create access and opportunities for underrepresented talent in the industry. Prior to her current role, she worked with writer, director, producer Malcolm D. Lee on films such as Space Jam: A New Legacy, and series such as Amazon's Harlem, Hulu's Wu Tang: An American Saga, and several NBC pilots. She previously worked at NBCUniversal in Alternative Development, where she was involved in the development of series such as The Voice, The Biggest Loser and more. Nicole started her career as a member of the NBC Page Program working in Development and Studios Production.
